This inbox is read by the team that maintains the calculators and tax data on this site.

We read every message, but we cannot promise a reply within a specific time frame. Snappaycalc is a small independent project, and correction work is prioritized by how many users an issue affects.

If a result looks wrong, the fastest way to get it checked is to include:

• The page address (URL) where you saw the result.
• The inputs you entered — salary or hourly rate, state, filing status, pay frequency and any pre-tax deductions.
• The result the calculator showed and what you believe it should be.
• If you have one, a link to the official source (IRS, SSA or a state revenue department) that supports the correction.

Every reported error is checked against the primary source before anything is changed. If the report is correct, we fix the calculation and refresh the review date on the affected pages.

Never include your Social Security number, date of birth, bank details, pay stubs with personal identifiers, or any other sensitive personal information in an email to us. We do not need it to check a calculation, and we will never ask for it.

All calculations on this site run in your own browser — we never see or store the numbers you enter, so we cannot look up your specific calculation. Describing the inputs and the result is always enough.
